Role summary
You will drive CareCove’s growth in Kolkata by building partnerships, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into long-term clients, and strengthening CareCove’s brand credibility in the city.
Key objectives
Build and scale CareCove’s revenue pipeline in Kolkata
Establish strong referral and partnership channels
Convert inquiries into long-term care relationships (not one-time services)
Strengthen brand credibility among families, seniors, and institutions
Lay the foundation for scalable growth across Eastern India
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, consultation, proposal, and closure
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with growth plans
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, events, and engagements
Convert inbound leads (website, WhatsApp, phone) into paying customers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CareCove packages
Build and manage partnerships with hospitals/clinics, diagnostics, physiotherapy, pharmacies, senior clubs, housing societies, NGOs/community groups, senior-friendly housing developers, and NRI associations
Conduct needs assessments with families and seniors; explain services with empathy and clarity
Maintain disciplined CRM/lead tracking and provide weekly/monthly reporting
Track competitor offerings and provide strategy inputs on service gaps, pricing sensitivity, and customer expectations
Ideal candidate profile
Experience: 4–6 years in business development, sales, or partnerships. Experience in healthcare, home care, insurance, real estate services, wellness/hospitality, or community services is a plus. Proven Kolkata/Eastern India market experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Trust-based relationship building and consultative selling
Comfort working with seniors and family decision-makers
Ability to explain complex services simply and empathetically
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
Client retention and renewals; referrals and customer satisfaction
